Body
WHEREAS, Section 3.3 of the Series 1996 and 1997 Leasehold Revenue Bond Lease Agreements between Jackson County and the Jackson County Public Building Corporation requires the Jackson County Legislature to annually adopt an Ordinance setting forth:
1) the renewal of each Lease for an additional one-year term; and,
2) an assurance that funding for the rental payments and other additional payments has been encumbered in the County's annual budget; therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the lease agreements between Jackson County and the Jackson County Public Building Corporation are hereby renewed for additional one-year terms; and,

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that County funds have been irrevocably budgeted, appropriated, and set aside in an amount sufficient to pay the anticipated rental payments and additional payments to become due during the forthcoming renewal year...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
