WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 81-98 for the furnishing of park ranger uniforms for use by the Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, the Purchasing Director recommends the contract be divided and awarded to the vendors submitting the lowest bid for each item; and,
WHEREAS, award as recommended would result in estimated awards to the following vendors:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment ...
