WHEREAS, the office of Legislative Auditor has been ably filled by Kelly Markham Stegall since February 9, 1998; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the health, welfare and safety of the citizens of Jackson County that Ms. Stegall be reappointed as Legislative Auditor, for a term expiring December 31, 2004; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Kelly Markham Stegall is hereby reappointed Legislative Auditor for a term expiring December 31, 2004.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
