WHEREAS, by Resolution 22026, dated September 8, 2025, the Jackson County Legislature passed said Resolution providing public health related and other public services to citizens of Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution 22010, dated August 25, 2025, the Jackson County Legislature passed said Resolution providing public health related and other public services to citizens of Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution 22009, dated August 25, 2025, the Jackson County Legislature passed said Resolution providing public health related and other public services to citizens of Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution 22008, dated August 25, 2025, the Jackson County Legislature passed said Resolution providing public health related and other public services to citizens of Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, by Resolution 22007, dated August 25, 2025, the Jackson County Legislature passed said Resolution providing public health related and other public services to citizens of Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive and the County Legislature now recommend an extension of said contracts at no cost to the County to allow agencies additional time for the full expenditure of funds; and,
WHEREAS, this extension will provide for continued funding under these cooperative agreements through March 31, 2026, at no cost to the County; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Cooperative Agreements for the Outside Agency referred to above shall be extended through March 31, 2026, as recommended by the County Executive and the County Legislature...
