Body
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has solicited proposals for the provision of ungulate (hoofed) animal control services, for use by the County; and,
WHEREAS, Bill Gabriel of Grain Valley, Missouri, has submitted the only proposal for these services; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Gabriel has provided these services to the County for some time and the Public Works Department has been satisfied with his performance; and,
WHEREAS, the attached agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be, and hereby is, authorized to execute the attached agreement with Bill Gabriel; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance be and hereby is authorized to make all payments including final payment on the agreement.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
