Body
WHEREAS, the County did, by Resolution 12111, dated March 16, 1998, enter into a contract with Pyramid Excavating of Shawnee, KS, in the amount of $134,998.70, for the Longview Golf Course Cartpath Replacement, Phase II, Project 2372; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed Change Order No. 1 (Final), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is necessary to adjust various plan qualities to as-built quantities, and said change order will not result in an increase or decrease to the contract; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that Change Order No. 1 to the aforesaid contract is approved and the County Executive is authorized to execute the change order on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment, on the contract...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
