BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
A 3.26ñ acre tract of land generally located 3/4 mile south of RD Mize Road on the west side of Stillhouse Road and more specifically described:
A parcel of land in the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 48N, Range 29W, Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said quarter; thence S 88 degrees 32 minutes 51 seconds W along the south line of said quarter, a distance of 1283.93 feet to the southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 6-48-29; thence N 01 degrees 55 minutes 02 seconds E along the east line of said quarter quarter, a distance of 599.35 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 88 degrees 04 minutes 58 seconds W, a distance of 244.01 feet; thence N 29 degrees 43 minutes 11 seconds W, a distance of 129.40 feet; thence N 88 degrees 22 minutes 53 seconds W, a distance of 54.53 feet; thence S 20 degrees 36 minutes 22 seconds W, a distance of 116.00 feet; thence N 88 degrees 04 minutes 58 seconds W, a distance of 180.05 feet; thence N 01 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds E, a distance of 263.09 feet; thence S 88 degrees 04 minutes 58 seconds E, a distance of 584.82 feet to a point on the east line of said quarter quarter sec...
