BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1996 County Urban Road System Fund, to reimburse the Public Works Department for the Prospect Bridge Project, No. 2139-2 with Funds received from the City of Kansas City:
