Body
WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the County Lydia Road Bridge Project (No. 2391), to acquire a temporary construction easement, permanent utility easement, and permanent right-of-way over the property of Fannie Mae and Mews Acquisition, L.P; and,
WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to convey said easement, and have executed conveyances in favor of the County in consideration of the total payment of $77,100.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of the Department of Finance issue a check in the amount of $77,100.00, in the names of Fannie Mae and Mews Acquisition, L.P., and that the check be delivered to the Department of Public Works, j Martha Poe, Engineering Division, for appropriate disposition.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
