WHEREAS, the Parks + Rec Department has need for on-call landscape, architectural, engineering, and park planning services at various locations throughout the County; and,
WHEREAS, the Department of Finance and Purchasing issued Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No.24-084 for on-call landscape, architectural, engineering, and park planning services; and,
WHEREAS, a total of eight notifications were distributed and eight responses were received and evaluated from the following:

WHEREAS, pursuant to section 1054.6 of the Jackson County Code, the Director of Finance and Purchasing recommends the award of a thirty-six-month term and supply contract, with one twelve-month option to extend, for on-call landscape, architectural, engineering, and park planning services to Vireo, LLC., of Kansas City, MO, as the best proposal received; and,
WHEREAS, this award is made on an as needed basis and does not obligate Jackson County to pay any specific amount, with the availability of funds for specific purchases being subject to annual appropriation, with estimated spending annually of $250,000.00; now therefore,
