BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

The 10 ± acres are located approximately 325 feet west of Alley-Jackson Road on the south side of Easley Road and more specifically described as:

Description: A tract of land located in the North ½ of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 9, Township 47 North, Range 30 West, Jackson County, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of said North ½; thence S 01?53'43" W along the East line of said North ½, a distance of 662.94 feet to the SE corner of said North ½; thence N 89?51'09" W, along the South line of said North ½, a distance of 340.93 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N 89?51'09" W along said South line, a distance of 720.43 feet; thence N 01?44'32" E, a distance of 589.23 feet to the centerline of Easley Road, as it now exists; thence N 86?57'05" E along said centerline, a distance of 720.62 feet; thence S 01?33'30" W, a distance of 629.37 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 10.06 acres, more or less, all being subject to easements, restrictions, and rights of way aka 30109 E. Easley Road.
