Body
WHEREAS, the County has certain computer equipment, itemized on the attached documentation, that has become excess property; and,
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Purchasing Director has declared this property as surplus; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the computer equipment itemized in the attached documentation be and hereby is declared surplus; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Purchasing is hereby authorized to dispose of the equipment by way of donation, trade- in, sale to the highest bidder, salvage, or scrap, as he deems most advantageous to the County.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
