Body
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 3645, dated January 28, 1980, the County and the City of Raytown did, on March 6, 1980, enter into a "Cooperative Agreement for Park Improvements and Use;" and,

WHEREAS, under this Agreement, the City agreed to, in effect, lease certain County park land in the Little Blue Trace, for a period of fifty years, for the purpose of constructing and operating a
softball complex; and,

WHEREAS, the City, through its Park Board, now operates the complex in conjunction with the Raytown Girls' Softball League; and,

WHEREAS, the County, Board, and League now desire to provide for the construction, operation, and maintenance of additional facilities at the complex, including, but not limited to, a permanent
restroom at the complex; and,

WHEREAS, by Resolution 10501, dated October 17, 1994, the Legislature previously authorized the execution of an "Addendum to Cooperative Agreement" for this purpose; and,

WHEREAS, the parties now desire to modify certain terms of the Addendum authorized by Resolution 10501; and,

WHEREAS, the attached "Addendum to Cooperative Agreement" adequately sets out the rights and obligations of the parties with regard to this purpose; now therefore,
