Body
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office has a need for repairs and upgrades to its office located at the Downtown Kansas City Courthouse using surplus funds from its 2014 budget; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to place the necessary funds in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be made within the 2014 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund and the 2014 General Fund:
