WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Purchasing has solicited bids for the furnishing of security cameras, digital recorders, accessories, parts, and repair services for use by the Department of Corrections; and,
WHEREAS, a total of twenty-nine notifications were distributed and eight responses were received, with the four lowest bids as follows:

WHEREAS, this award is made on an as needed basis and does not obligate Jackson County to pay any amount, with the availability of funds for specific purchases remaining subject to annual appropriation; now therefore,
