Body
WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Department as surplus personal property, to wit a 300-gallon propane tank, that has become excess property; and,
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has declared this property surplus; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Purchasing is hereby authorized to dispose of the propane tank, by way of donation, trade-in, sale to the highest bidder, salvage, or scrap, as he deems most advantageous to the County.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
