Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 6-97 for a six-year crop lease of County park land in Fleming Park; and,
WHEREAS, he has received as the highest two bids thereon bids from the following:
BIDDER ANNUAL AMOUNT
Bill Weekley $1,564.00
Buckner, MO
Vogt Farms $1,160.00
Blue Springs, MO
and,
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to Bill Weekley, for the reason that he has submitted the highest and best bid; and,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
