INTRODUCED BY Victor E. Callahan, County Legislator

Body
WHEREAS, the Medical Examiner's Office has proposed to sponsor and conduct a seminar which would train local law enforcement officers in death investigation techniques; and,

WHEREAS, the seminar will be funded through charges to participants; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to make these funds available to meet the expenses of the seminar; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1996 Health Fund:
