Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 152-96 for the furnishing of two wheel tractor/boom mowers for use by the Collection Department; and,
WHEREAS, he has received as the lowest four bids thereon the following:
VENDOR BID
Harrisonville Ford Tractor of $109,180.00
Harrisonville, MO
H. H. Halferty $110,914.00
Smithville, MO
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
