WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2003 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover the costs of the August 5, 2003 Drug Tax renewal election; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
