BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
DESCRIPTION: All that part of the East half of the Northeast quarter and the East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 9, Township 48, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 9, Township 48, Range 30; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 12 seconds West along the East line of said Section 9 a distance of 2307.70 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 00 degrees 15 minutes 12 seconds West along the East line of said Section 9 a distance of 329.97 feet to the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of said Section 9; thence North 89 degrees 48 minutes 07 seconds West along the North line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 9 a distance of 462.77 feet; thence South 00 degrees 14 minutes 29 seconds West along the East line of said Section 9 a distance of 401.45 feet; thence North 89 degrees 48 minutes 07 seconds West a distance of 857.78 feet to the West line of the East half of the Southeast quarter of said Section 9; thence North 00 degrees 18 minutes 43 seconds East along to the West line of the East half of the Southeast quarter of said Section 9 a distance of 401.45 feet to the ...
