WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that the boundaries of the Carriage Oaks Sewer District, No. 102, be extended to allow the construction of sanitary sewer lines in an area generally located adjacent to the east boundary of the district, more specifically described as follows:

Part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 48 North of the Base Line, Range 30 west of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Jackson County, Missouri, Being described more particularly as Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section; Thence S89o 28' 40"E.
