RESOLUTION #15136, August 23, 2004

Body
WHEREAS, the County did, by Resolution 14820 dated December 8, 2003, enter into a term and supply contract with Harding/Binswanger Glass of Independence, MO, in the estimated amount of $8,000.00, for the furnishing of vehicular and heavy equipment glass repair service; and,

WHEREAS, the proposed increase to this contract is necessary due to a higher volume of usage than was originally estimated and to cover additional purchases until the end of the contract; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the increase to the aforesaid contract is approved and the Director of Purchasing is authorized to execute any documents necessary to the accomplishments of the increase; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.

Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
