WHEREAS, the County owns fifteen (14) parcels of property in Jackson County located in Kansas City, MO, Independence, MO, and Lee's Summit, MO; and,
WHEREAS, the parcel numbers associated with these properties are as follows:

2. New Parcel to be created that is currently part of Parcel #46-830-01-01-01, Parcel #46-810-02-02 and Parcel #46-810-02-03
