WHEREAS, the County owns fifteen (15) parcels of property in Jackson County located in Kansas City, MO, Independence, MO, and Lee's Summit, MO; and,
WHEREAS, the parcel numbers associated with these properties are as follows:
1. Parcel #26-230-03-02 / 215 N. Liberty, Independence, MO / Jackson County Election Board building
2. Two Parcels to be created that are currently a part of Parcel #43-900-03-1101, 301 NW Gregory, Lee's Summit, MO
3. New Parcel to be created that is currently part of Parcel #46-830-01-01-01, Parcel #46-810-02-02 and Parcel #46-810-02-03
