BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

The 3.4± acres generally located ½ mile east of Howard Road on the north side of Milton Thompson Road and is specifically described in the Attached Exhibit "A".

A parcel of land in the Northeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 48 North, Range 31 West, in Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows; Commencing at the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence North 88 Degrees 09 Minutes 05 Seconds West along the south line of said quarter section, a distance of 194.20 feet to a point on the west line of SCHLUETER ADDITION, a subdivision of Record, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING of said parcel; thence North 01 Degrees 40 Minutes 08 Seconds East along the west line of said subdivision, a distance of 225.74 feet; thence North 88 Degrees 09 Minutes 05 Seconds West, a distance of 353.40 feet; thence South 01 Degrees 40 Minutes 08 Seconds West, a distance of 520.01 feet to a point on the south line of Milton Thompson Road as established (40 foot from the centerline by deed); thence North 63 Degrees 20 Minutes 58 Seconds East along said right of way, a distance of 354.46 feet; thence easterly along said right of way on a curve to the right, having a radius of 756.78 feet, a c...
