WHEREAS, the County has a need to reimburse state and local law enforcement agencies for the overtime costs and expenses of law enforcement officers while assisting in Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force investigations; now therefore, 
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation  be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2005 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
