RE: EXECUTIVE ORDER 26-39 AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 26-35 APPOINTMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY SERVICES-EITAS BOARD
Title
WHEREAS, Executive Order 26-35, dated September 18, 2026, appointed Rod Crawford to the Developmental Disability Services-EITAS Board.; and,
WHEREAS, the Executive Order inadvertently omitted the expiration date of the term of the individual appointed therein along with the information of the individual he replaced; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Executive Order to accurately reflect the terms of this appointment.
I hereby amend Executive Order 26-35 to provide the terms of this appointment as follows:
Rod Crawford is hereby appointed to the Developmental Disability Services-EITAS Board, filling the seat vacated by the resignation of Nick Pevato. Mr. Crawford will complete the remainder of Mr. Pevato's unexpired term, through 12/31/2026, and will continue to serve a subsequent full three-year term expiring 12/31/2029.
All other provisions of Executive Order 26-35 shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
