Body
WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the County Gammon Road Bridge Project (No. 2413), to acquire a right-of-way, waterline easement, and permanent drainage easement over, and to cause certain damage to, the property of the Dutton-Brookfield Non-Marital Trust, in the amount of $2,040.00; and,
WHEREAS, the owner has agreed to convey said right-of-way and easements, and to settle the claim for damages and have executed conveyances in favor of the County in consideration of the total payment of $2040.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of the Department of Finance issue a check in the amount of $2040.00 in the name of Dutton-Brookfield Non-Marital Trust, and that the check be delivered to the Department of Public Works, j Martha Poe, Engineering Division, for appropriate disposition.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
