INTRODUCED BY Dennis Waits, County Legislator

Body
WHEREAS, the County and Cudney, Ecord, McEnroe, and Mullane entered into an agreement dated May 3, 1996, for the position of Consultant to the County's Legislature, Administration, Prosecutor's Office, and COMBAT Commission, and now desire to enter into an addendum to said agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto; and,

WHEREAS, Consultant shall continue to be paid the sum of $60.00 per hour, in an additional amount not to exceed $15,000.00, for a new total not to exceed $30,000.00 during the term of said agreement as extended; and,

WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 7, 1996, the COMBAT Commission recommended this extension; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is authorized to execute a First Addendum to Agreement with Cudney, Ecord, McEnroe, and Mullane, a copy of which is attached hereto, as recommended by the COMBAT Commission; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments including final payment on the contract...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
