Body
WHEREAS, the County and John McEnroe entered into an agreement dated February 27, 1995, for the position of Financial Drug Advisor, the County Legislature, and now desire to enter into an addendum to said agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the Financial Drug Advisor shall continue to be paid the sum of $60.00 per hour, in an additional amount not to exceed $5,000.00, for a new total not to exceed $35,000.00, during the term of said agreement; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the 1995 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
DEPARTMENT/DIVISION CHARACTER/DESCRIPTION FROM TO
Unappropriated Surplus $5,000
Fiscal Commission Other Professional Services $5,000
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the County Executive is authorized to execute the attached addendum to the agreement with John McEnroe for the position of Financial Drug Advisor to the County Legislature; and,
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Manager of the Division of Finance is authorized to make all payments including final payment on the agreement and addendum thereto...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
