WHEREAS, the Civil Process Department of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court has a need for ballistic vests for departmental operations; and,
WHEREAS, the current vests for the Civil Process Department are out of date; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2026 General Fund:
