Body
WHEREAS, it is the best interests of the health, welfare, and safety of the citizens of the Jackson County that the County join the Kansas City Area Development Council (KCADC); and
WHEREAS, KCADC will provide a myriad of services in cooperation with the County’s own Economic Development office to assist in bringing new businesses and development to the County; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the following transfer within the 2007 General Fund be and hereby is made:

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
