INTRODUCED BY Dixie M. Flynn, County Legislator
Body
WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Public Safety provides funding for the Prosecuting Attorney's Victim Services Program; and,
WHEREAS, this program provides various important services to crime victims; and,
WHEREAS, the total state share of the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Grant is $54,689.00 with a local match of $3,408.00 and in-kind match of $10,264.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the attached grant application, incorporated herein by reference.
Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
