BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1999 Prosecuting Attorney Sales Tax Collection Fee Fund to cover the purchase of carpeting, telephone modules, and office furniture for the Prosecuting Attorney's Office:
