Body
WHEREAS, the County desires to lease parking facilities for County employees; and,
WHEREAS, H. E. Bunch LLC., has proposed to lease to the County 68 spaces, more particularly described as follows: ten (10) spaces in the South parking lot at 1512 Locust, and fifty-eight (58) spaces in the North parking lot at 425 East Truman Road, at the cost of $2,293.99 per month, or $27,527.88 per year; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with H. E. Bunch, LLC, at a cost not to exceed $27,527.88; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
