INTRODUCED BY Greg Grounds, County Legislator
Body
WHEREAS, longtime resident, Lyle Shaver, has spent 40 years in both the corporate and small business environment; and,
 
WHEREAS, Lyle has provided years of community service and leadership by sharing his knowledge and expertise in strategic planning, financial planning and budgeting, negotiation, organization, project management, problem solving, and team building; and,
 
WHEREAS, Lyle's community activities include membership in the Citizen Advisory Committee, Renew the Blue, Out of the Blue, and Stand-Up Blue Springs; and,
 
WHEREAS, Lyle's commitment to the community has resulted in numerous awards and recognition including Citizen of the Year; and,
 
WHEREAS, Lyle has been married to his wife Grace for 38 years and they have three sons; now therefore,
 
 
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Legislature hereby recognizes Lyle Shaver for his devotion and service to the Blue Springs and Jackson County communities.
 
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date:  This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
