BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

A 10.5 ± acre tract of land generally located at the northeast corner of Perrin Road and Blue Mills Road and more specifically described:

All that part of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 50, Range 31, Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 12; thence South 88 degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds East along the South line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 12 a distance of 1325.04 feet to the Southwest corner of the East half of the Southwest quarter of said Section 12; thence North 02 degrees 15 minutes 11 seconds East along the West line of said East half a distance of 475.75 feet to the intersection of the North right-of-way of Blue Mills Road as now established and the West line of said East half, said point also being the Point of Beginning; thence continuing North 02 degrees 15 minutes 11 seconds East along the West line of said East half a distance of 1028.77 feet to the Southwest corner of PERRIN ACRES, LOT 6, a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri; thence South 88 degrees 13 minutes 18 seconds East (Plat = South 88 degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds East) a distance of 484.02 feet (Plat = 484.00') to the Southeast corner of said PERRIN A...
