Body
WHEREAS, the Legislative Auditor's Office has a need for part-time position to focus on the use of technology as it relates to the election process and identifying opportunities for streamlining and cost-saving measures; and,
WHEREAS, this position will be for 20-hours per week with an on-going budget impact in the amount of $27,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to place the additional funds required for this position in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the 2012 General Fund be and hereby is made:
