INTRODUCED BY John Patrick Burnett, Victor E. Callahan, and Dan Tarwater, County Legislators

WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1996 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund is necessary to cover the cost of the defense of indigent defendants charged with drug-related offenses in the Circuit Court of Jackson County; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends such transfer; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 1996 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund be and hereby is made:
