WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Department has certain personal property that has become excess to the County as follows:

and,
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has declared this property surplus and recommends its disposal by way of donation to Lone Jack, Missouri Police Department and the Blue Springs, Missouri School District; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the above personal property is declared surplus and that the Purchasing Director be and hereby is authorized to dispose of it by way of donation to Lone Jack, Missouri Police Department and the Blue Springs, Missouri School District...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
