WHEREAS, the County Counselor's Office has a need for an additional attorney to assist with an increased caseload within the department; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to place the additional funds required for this position in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the 2012 General Fund be and hereby is made:
