Body
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has been awarded a grant in the amount of $3,000.00 by the Office of State Courts Administrator for the period commencing July 1, 2007, and continuing through June 30, 2008; and,
WHEREAS, the grant funds will be used for resource materials and training for the Guardian Ad Litem program; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant funding in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2007 Grant Fund:
