A RESOLUTION declaring certain personal property removed from Jackson County's 1995 auction as surplus personal property and authorizing its donation to the City of Oak Grove and City of Lake Lotawana.

WHEREAS, Jackson County has certain surplus personal property which was removed from its 1995 auction, to wit: a 1981 John Deere 301-A tractor, Serial No. 3783412T, a 1981 boom truck, Serial No. 1HTAA17BHB22286, and a Wayne BCI woodchipper, Serial No. E135705; and,
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Purchasing Director has previously declared this property surplus and now recommends that the tractor and truck be donated to the City of Oak Grove, Missouri, and the woodchipper be donated to the City of Lake Lotawana; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Purchasing is hereby authorized to dispose of said surplus property by way of donation to the City of Oak Grove and City of Lake Lotawana...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
