A RESOLUTION requesting a reappropriation of funds from the unappropriated surplus of the 2005 Health Fund for the first (1st) phase of the mental health needs assessment which was not executed during the last fiscal year.

Body
WHEREAS, the County has contracted with the University of Missouri-Institute for Human Development to provide a mental health needs assessment; and,
WHEREAS, an ongoing mental health needs assessment is in the best interests of the health, welfare, and safety of the citizens of Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, the reappropriation will facilitate the continuation of the assessment and payment for services rendered; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2005 Health Fund:
