Body
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Parks and Recreation Department desires to make lighting modifications to the Jacomo Dry Boat Storage Area and the Fred Arbanas Golf Course; and,
WHEREAS, additional storage spaces were added to the Jacomo Dry Storage Area in 2009 doubling its size and resulting in the need for additional lighting for a period of five years, at an estimated additional monthly cost of $484.94; and,
WHEREAS, the Fred Arbanas Golf Course requires new lighting services for a period of ten years, at an estimated additional monthly cost of $126.84; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute agreements with Kansas City Power and Light for lighting modifications at the Jacomo Dry Boat Storage Area and the Fred Arbanas Golf Course.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
