BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:

The 20 ± acres are approximately ¼ ± mile north of U.S. Highway 24 on the north side of Hoover Road and specifically described as all that part of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 50, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 50, Range 30; thence North 03 degrees 24 minutes 24 seconds East along the West line of said quarter section a distance of 1317.11 feet to the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 17, said point also being the Point of Beginning; thence continuing North 03 degrees 24 minutes 24 seconds East along the West line of said quarter quarter section a distance of 522.52 feet; thence South 88 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 417.09 feet; thence North 03 degrees 24 minutes 24 seconds East a distance of 188.54 feet; thence South 88 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 919.83 feet to a point on the East line of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 17; the...
