WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to fund online legal publication and research services for use by the Prosecuting Attorney's Office; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2008 Federal Forfeiture Fund:
