WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 32-99 for the removal and installation of vertical turbine "VFD" irrigation pump for use by the Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, he has received as the lowest two bids thereon, bids from the following:

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to Allstate Plumbing, Inc., of Lawson, MO, for the reason that it has submitted the lowest and best bid; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the County Executive and Purchasing Director be, and are hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
