WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1999 Special Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to fund merit increases for Public Works employees; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made within the 1999 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
