IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION declaring certain personal property from the Sheriff's Department as surplus personal property and authorizing its donation to the Lotawana Fire Protection District. Intro RESOLUTION #10875, June 12, 1995 INTRODUCED BY Dennis Waits, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Department has certain personal property, namely one 1990 Chevrolet Caprice Patrol Car VIN 1G1BL5478LA153866, two Aero Dynic Mod. 29F, one Ranger Strobe Mod LL300, and two Heath Kit GD 1810 PA's, that have become surplus; and, WHEREAS, the Jackson County Purchasing Director has declared this property surplus; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of Purchas ng is hereby authorized to dispose of said surplus property by way of donation to the Lotawana Fir Protection District. Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of he Legislature.
